Great Bend Police

Thursday reports:

Vehicles driven by Rogelio Torrez and James Queen collided at 8:35 a.m. on Washington and Broadway.

Tires were cut and paint scratched on a truck on Broadway.

The GBPD K-9 was called to assist the Kansas Bureau of Investigation in the 500 block of North Elm Street in Hoisington at 1:22 p.m. Thursday.

Vehicles driven by Esmeralda Romero and Mary Dumler collided at 10th and Grant at 2:35 p.m.

Barton County Sheriff

Thursday reports:

Driveway posts and a mailbox at 447 NW 10 Ave. were damaged in what appeared to be a hit-and-run.

A vehicle was in the ditch Thursday night in the 400 block of NE 10 Ave.

Kansas Highway Patrol

The driver of a semi-trailer went off Interstate 70 in Ellsworth County at 3:10 a.m. Friday after becoming ill. Richard D. Vanbebber Jr., 45, of Grant City, Neb., was taken to Ellsworth Medical Center with possible injury.
