Great Bend Fire Department

Firefighters made two ambulance runs on Thursday. There were no fires.

 

Barton County Sheriff

Thursday reports:

Mo’s Place Grill & Brew Club, located at 1908 Elm St. in Beaver, was broken into sometime Wednesday night. Approximately $300 was stolen.

The starter on a tractor at 702 NE 20 Road was damaged, and items were stolen from the garage. Items included car ramps and a hydraulic cylinder.

A set of car ramps was also reported stolen from 410 Washington St. in Great Bend, and a tag was missing from one of the rigs.

 

Great Bend Police

Thursday reports:

Fence posts were ripped out of the ground at an address on Chestnut Street.

A 22-year-old woman was issued a notice to appear in Great Bend Municipal Court, after allegedly shoplifting at the Walmart Supercenter.

Someone allegedly entered the residence at 926 Madison St. while the occupant was sleeping and stole money from a wallet.
