Great Bend police arrested three individuals Thursday after a search warrant on a Great Bend residence resulted in officers reportedly locating illegal substances and paraphernalia.
According to the GBPD, at approximately 9:30 a.m. Thursday, members of the GBPD executed a narcotics search warrant at 2107 30th St. in Great Bend as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
During a search of the residence, officers located “methamphetamine, items of illegal drug paraphernalia and items of controlled substance,” according to a news release from Capt. Scott Bieberle.
Martin Martinez, 36; Morgan Olliff, 22; and Joy Little, also known as Joy Wetig, 39, were arrested on charges of distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, and no drug tax stamp. All three were transported to the Barton County Detention Center and booked. Little was released Thursday after posting a $10,000 surety bond through Ace Bail Bonding.
