Great Bend Police made three arrests Thursday morning after an arrest warrant served at a Great Bend residence led to the discovery of suspected illegal narcotics.
According to a GBPD release, at shortly after 9:30 a.m. members of the GBPD served an arrest warrant at 2537 16th St. Jericho Riddle, 20, was arrested on three felony no-bond warrants. During the arrest, officers observed suspected illegal drugs inside the residence. GBPD secured the residence and obtained a narcotics search warrant. During a thorough search of the residence, GBPD detectives and officers located suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, items of drug paraphernalia and a firearm.
In addition to the felony no-bond warrants, Riddle was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug tax stamp. Sonia A. Candia, 20, was arrested on identical charges. Blake J. Stegman, 19, was also arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp, and criminal use of a weapon. All three individuals were all transported to the Barton County Detention Center and booked in lieu of bond. Stegman was released Friday on a $10,000 bond.
