The Great Bend Police Department arrested a local man early Monday on a charge of possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Patton Mills was arrested at 2:01 a.m. at 1801 8th St. and booked in the county jail in lieu of $100,000 bond. Mills was also charged with interference with law enforcement - obstruction of official duty.
