Barton County Sheriff

A dog bite case taken by Ellinwood Police Department on Monday was later determined to have happened in the county, at 284 SE 140 Ave. The dog was impounded for no proof of rabies shots. The police report has been delivered to the sheriff’s office.

A television and PlayStation gaming system, along with games, was stolen from 479 SE 60 Ave., it was reported Monday. The reporting party said he returned home to find a strange dog in his house and items missing. Loss was $850.

 

Great Bend Police

An unknown vehicle backed into a legally parked vehicle on Second Street, it was reported Monday. Another hit-and-run vehicle reportedly hit a parked vehicle at 1649 K-96.

Damage to a car at 1615 10th St. was reported. Loss was $500.
