Great Bend Police

Theft of a Western-style belt from 1820 Harrison St. was reported Thursday.

Someone cut a car tire at 619 Main St., it was reported Friday at 12:38 a.m. Loss was $100.

 

Barton County Sheriff

Someone damaged a fence at 673 U.S. 281 and drove across the greens, causing approximately $1,000 in damage, and stole about 20 gallons of gas from the shop fuel barrels, for a loss of about $55, it was reported Thursday.

A burglary at 2302 Railroad Ave. was reported Thursday. Six storage sheds were broken into. The loss was unknown as the case was still under investigation.

A vehicle hit a deer on NW 10 Road and NW 10 Ave., about a mile south of the feedyard, at 7:50 p.m. Thursday.
