According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Miyotzi A. Jemenez of Sperry, Okla., was traveling westbound on I-70 around mile marker 188.9, driving a Jeep sport utility vehicle. At around 11:10 a.m., Jemenez lost control on a wet, slushy roadway. The vehicle entered the median and rolled two complete times before coming to rest on its wheels in the eastbound lanes of I-70.
