Great Bend Fire Department
Firefighters made three ambulance runs Thursday. There were no fires.

Great Bend Police
Thursday reports:
A purse was stolen while its owner was a Walmart.
Someone damaged the door to the concession stand at 2424 19th St.
A vehicle driven by Cynthia Lee backed into a parked vehicle in the 2100 block of 24th St. at 1:59 p.m.
A 1994 Lincoln was stolen from the residence at 2714 18th St.
A vehicle driven by Lori Crowther was northbound on Lakin Ave. at 7:36 p.m. and struck a vehicle driven by Brooke Henning that was also northbound and had slowed to avoid hitting a dog.

Barton County Sheriff
A vehicle hit a deer on U.S. 281 at NW 70 Road, between Hoisington and Great Bend, at 8 a.m. Thursday.
A pickup slid into the ditch on NW 160 Road and North U.S. 281 and the trailer it was pulling came unhitched at 11:51 a.m. Thursday. There was no damage.
A burglary at 417 Pawnee was reported Thursday.
