Firefighters made nine ambulance runs Wednesday. There were no fires.

Theft of six 4-foot by 1-inch steel fence posts from 1426 Eighth St. was reported Wednesday.
A burglary was reported at 212 Chestnut St. Someone entered the residence and took items.
A motorist in a maroon Pontiac G6 left 1315 10th St. without paying for $39.36 worth of gas at 1:27 p.m. Wednesday.
Two jet skis were entered into the National Crime Information Center on Wednesday in reference to a previously reported theft from 2703 Broadway Ave.
A report of criminal damage to property and theft of items from 5824 Rosewood Dr. was taken Wednesday.
A subject reported a battery “that occurred a few days ago.”
A burglary was reported at 2401 Coronado Ave.

Barton County Sheriff
Theft of auto parts from 1204 NE K-156 was reported Wednesday.
A vehicle hit a utility pole at NE 140 Road and NE 10 Ave. at 11:11 p.m. Wednesday.
