Great Bend Fire Department

Firefighters made two ambulance runs on Monday. There were no fires.

Monday reports:

Someone broke the driver side window on a 2002 Chrysler at 1724 10th St.

Someone scratched a 2002 Dodge van at 321 Almond St.

A vehicle driven by Michael Ball Jr. was northbound on Patton Road at 5:06 p.m. and struck a vehicle driven by Per Justnaes, who was northbound on Patton stopped at the stop sign.

At 9 p.m., a male allegedly shot a women’s dog at a Third St. address because it was attacking another dog. The male reportedly threatened to hit another male at 236 Chestnut St. sometime before 10 p.m., and a fight and possible assault on Third St. was reported at 10 p.m.

A burglary at 201 Locust St. was reported after someone allegedly stole a laptop computer from the residence.
