Great Bend Fire Department
Firefighters made four ambulance runs Tuesday and responded to the fire at 2403 31st St.

Great Bend Police
A vehicle driven by Christopher Espinosa was eastbound on 17th St. turning north on McKinley St. at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday and struck a vehicle driven by Joni Wintholz, who was northbound on McKinley.
A vehicular burglary at 3017 10th St. was reported Tuesday. Someone stole cash out of the vehicle and damaged the key fob. Loss was $60.
Police were dispatched to 2102 27th at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday. A male reported three male came to the house and battered him.
Items on the roof of Great Bend Middle School were damaged, it was reported Wednesday.
Theft of onions from 2520 10th St. was reported Wednesday.
Theft of prescription medication from 2411 Williams St. was reported Wednesday.

Kansas Highway Patrol
Audrey Prescott, 74, Larned, was injured Tuesday afternoon in an accident on Interstate 70 in Lincoln County, 21 miles west of Salina. At 1:28 p.m. she was driving east in a Toyota Venza that was struck in the rear by a Toyota Camry driven by Suzanne Witten, 53, of Wichita. Prescott was taken to Salina Regional Health Center with undetermined injuries. Witten was not injured. Both were wearing seat belts.

Barton County Sheriff
The sheriff’s office is investigating an alleged fraud that occurred in the county. The reporting party was taken for $600.
A stop sign was down Tuesday at SW 130 Ave. and SW 70 Road.
A motorist hit a deer on NE K-156 at NE 160 Ave. at 5:41 a.m. Wednesday.

Geoffrey S. Dearmore, Bazine — On Barton County warrant for robbery, theft, two counts of unauthorized control of property (alleged to have occurred Nov. 9, 2011, in Ellinwood) and criminal threat (Nov. 12).

Tyler J. Bowers — Serve sentence in full
Richard Gonzales, Great Bend — Released on failure to appear warrant
Rosa Reyna, Salina — Own recognizance
