Great Bend Fire Department
Firefighters made six ambulance runs Friday, six Saturday, five Sunday and six Monday.
At 12:43 a.m. Sunday they were dispatched to the 200 block of Liberty Road for an illegal bonfire at a party. At 10:30 a.m. they were dispatched to 59 NW 50 Road to extinguish a burning trash can.

 Barton County Sheriff
A vehicle hit a deer on East K-4 and NE 40 Ave. at 7:03 a.m. Saturday, and another vehicle hit a deer on East K-4 and NE 20 Ave. at 8:47 a.m. Kansas Highway Patrol responded.
Stop signs were down and posts broken in the area of SE 50 Road and SE 40 Ave., it was discovered Saturday.

Great Bend Police
A vehicle driven by Jeffery Compton was westbound on 12th St. at 7:42 a.m. Friday and struck a vehicle driven by Edgar Garcia, who was northbound on Holland. Garcia was cited for failure to yield.
Three windows were broken on a garage door at 1015 McKinley St.
A vehicle driven by Brian Thorne backed into a Fed-Ex vehicle parked in the 900 block of Washington St. at 1:57 p.m. Friday.
A cell phone was stolen from 2027 Morton St.
Someone damaged the back door to a residence at 1410 11th St.
A vehicle driven by Christopher Cates was eastbound on 10th St. at Frey at 5:09 p.m. Friday and struck a vehicle driven by Michael Willenberg, who was stopped in traffic at the light.
A gas skip at 1315 10th St. was reported at 6:21 p.m. Friday.
A truck tire on a Chevy Z71 at 810 Coolidge St. A was cut, it was reported Sunday. Loss was estimated at $450.
A vehicle driven by Jordan Levingston was northbound on Main at noon on Sunday, making a left turn onto 24th St., and struck a vehicle driven by Tammy Byerly, who was southbound.
Someone forced open a shed at 3806 Broadway and took a two-gallon gas can. Loss was $10.
A $31.89 gas skip at 1315 10th St. was reported at 1:52 p.m. Sunday.
A vehicle driven by Casey Blackburn was turning south on Frey St. from 10th St. at 4:55 p.m. Sunday and struck a vehicle driven by Francisco Salcido, who was stopped in traffic.
