Great Bend Fire/EMS
A structure fire was reported at 12:48 a.m. Saturday at a mobile home at 831 Pine Place. The fire was considered suspicious by the Great Bend Police Department and an investigated was started.
On Sunday there was one false alarm and a report of a chemical smell. Firefighters checked and found nothing.
They responded to five Emergency Medical Service calls on Friday, four on Saturday and three on Sunday.

A search warrant was executed at 3:58 p.m. Friday at 5400 24th St., Great Bend.
BCSO assisted an outside agency at 5962 4th St., Great Bend, at 5:21 p.m. Friday.
A non-injury crash was reported at 5:56 p.m. at NW 80 Ave. and West K-4, Hoisington.
A non-injury crash was reported at 1:14 p.m. Saturday at the Kansas Wetlands Education Center.
A non-injury crash was reported at 5:52 p.m. at Fort Zarah.
A battery was reported at 2:57 a.m. Sunday at 1312 Truman St., Great Bend.
A non-injury crash was reported at 6:45 p.m. Sunday at NW 90 Ave. and NW 140 Road, Olmitz.
Illegal hunting was reported southeast of Great Bend.
A non-injury crash was reported at 7:59 a.m. in the 300 block of West K-4, Hoisington.
A non-injury crash was reported at 5:35 p.m. in the 1800 block of Susank Road, Hoisington.
A non-injury crash was reported at 8:25 p.m. on K-156 at mile marker 135.

A non-injury crash was reported at 12:11 p.m. Friday at Great Bend High School.
Fraud cases were reported at Dollar General, 5318 10th St.; Dillons No. 51, 4107 10th St.; and Walgreen’s, 3920 10th St.
A non-injury crash was reported at 2:49 p.m. at 2901 Gano St.
A burglary was reported at 1215 Madison St., where a window was broken.
Trespassing with criminal damage to property was reported Friday night at 2306 Adams St. On Saturday, police also received a report of a domestic battery Friday at that location.
On Saturday morning, an individual reported being battered by a client at a residence in the 5800 block of Hemlock St.
A vehicle driven by Nikalem Helms struck a pole at 2:44 p.m. Saturday at Braum’s, 4209 10th St.
Criminal damage to property was reported at the Eagles Lodge, 1024 Main.
A fight was reported at 7:19 p.m. Saturday at the Best Western Angus Inn, 2920 10th St.
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 9:35 p.m. at Iglesia de la Cosecha, 222 Frey St.
The K-9 unit was dispatched to 11th and Washington at 12:56 a.m. Sunday. A case was taken for possession of marijuana.
On Sunday afternoon, an individual called and asked to speak with an officer about his truck being damaged during a fight. The reporting party then hung up and officers were unsuccessful in making contact again.
Fraud/criminal use of a financial card was reported at 2011 30th St.
Criminal damage to property was reported at AA Mini Storage, 1013 Stone St.
