Firefighters made one ambulance run Thursday. There were no fires.

Barton County Sheriff
A sex offense was reported Thursday. A Great Bend elementary school principal was notified.
A dog was reportedly stolen from the Golden Belt Humane Society, 151 South U.S. 281.

Great Bend Police
A vehicular burglary was reported Thursday at 1320 Roosevelt St.
A vehicle driven by Alice Council hit a fire hydrant on 25th St. at 11:11 a.m. Thursday.
Someone cut the locks off newspaper racks on 19th St. and at 2920 10th St., and took money.
Vehicles driven by Nora Tyson and Timothy Mohr collided at 6:55 p.m. at Lakin and Kansas Aves.
