Firefighters made eight ambulance runs on Monday. There was one fire call.
At 8:47 p.m. units responded to 2523 12 St. for smoke coming from the back yard. The occupant were burning rubbish, the fire was extinguished.

Criminal damage was reported at 818 Elm St.

Barton County Sheriff
An injury accident was reported at East U.S. 56 and West K-4.
A non-injury accident was reported at NE 150 Road and Susank Road. A vehicle hit a cow.
