Theft was reported at 302 Hubbard St. A subject hooked up a hose to the city water supply.
Theft was reported at Walmart located at 3503 10th St. A subject was taking items without paying for them.
A non-injury accident was reported at 3209 10th St. A vehicle was westbound in the 3200 Block of 10th Stret and struck another vehicle that was also westbound stopped in traffic.
