Tire chains were stolen from 3200 10th St., it was reported Tuesday. Loss was $300.
Criminal damage to property was reported after someone put a “zip-tie” on a vehicle’s windshield at 1919 Washington Ave.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle at 2535 Lakin Ave.

Three Scottish Highland cow skulls displayed behind Ellinwood Packing were stolen on or around Jan. 23, it was reported Tuesday.
