Firefighters made five ambulance runs Thursday.

A hit-and-run vehicle hit a brick wall in the 1200 block of Wilson St. on Thursday.
A vehicle driven by Kennith Pryor was southbound on Washington making a turn at 17th St. at 2:05 p.m. Thursday and struck a vehicle driven by Amanda Jackson.
A motorist in a Jeep Cherokee drove off from 3620 10th St. at 5:11 p.m. Thursday without paying for fuel.
Theft of a license plate from 1221 Macarthur Road was reported Thursday evening.

Barton County Sheriff
Theft of a vehicle and copper wire from 250 SE 10 Ave. was reported Thursday morning, along with damage to property.
A locksmith was summoned when keys and an 18-month-old child were locked in a vehicle on NE K-156 Thursday morning.
On Wednesday night a suspicious vehicle was seen at NE 50 Ave. and NW 60 Road. On Thursday morning, the property owner reported property damage and items stolen off a center pivot motor.
Theft of a trailer from 325 Taft St., Great Bend, was reported Thursday.
