Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made six ambulance runs on Tuesday. There were no fires.

Fraud was reported at 1411 Truman St. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
An injury accident was reported at Kwik Shop located at 2334 Main St.
An injury accident was reported at 24th and Main St.
Theft of dog houses was reported at Pro Tint located at 5605 10th St.
Fraud was reported at 1621 Odell St. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
Fraud was reported at 1601 Cherry Lane. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
Fraud was reported at 2233 Cleveland Ave. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
Fraud was reported at 5300 Broadway Ave. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
Theft was reported at Dillons located at 4107 10th St.
Identity theft was reported at 2201 27th St.
A non-injury accident was reported at Broadway and Monroe St.

Barton County Sheriff
A non-injury accident was reported at NW 70 Road and U.S. 281.
Fraud was reported at 17 NW 50 Road. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
Fraud was reported at 664 West Barton county Road. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
Fraud was reported at 627 SW 10 Ave. Possible phone scam from the IRS.
A non-injury accident was reported at Washington Ave. and NW 30 Road.

Kansas Highway Patrol

The Kansas Highway Patrol responded to a one vehicle accident at 8:13 p.m. on Tuesday eight miles east of Ellsworth on K-140 highway.
A 2005 Ford Escape driven by Dillon Sonnier, 17, of Sylvan Grove, was westbound on K-140 when for unknown reasons the passenger grabbed the steering wheel causing the vehicle to veer into the left lane.
The driver over corrected causing the vehicle to lose control, flipping end over end and coming to rest in the north ditch.
There were three passengers in the vehicle. The passengers include: Cassandra Witt, 18, of Ellsworth, Joshua Griswold, 21, of Arkansas City and the 6 month old child.
Everyone in the vehicle received possible injuries.
The driver was taken to Ellsworth County Medical Center and the other three passengers were taken to Salina Regional Health Center.
Griswold was the only one not wearing a seat belt.
