Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made six ambulance runs Monday.
At 8:03 p.m., units responded to a possible fire alarm called in by an alarm company. Upon arrival there was no fire; the alarm had been set off from steam from the shower.

Great Bend Police
Theft of wire was reported Monday at 8822 Third St.
A decal was reportedly stolen from a vehicle tag at 2621 Paseo Dr.
Kansas license plate 499HCX was reported as lost.
Two small holes were found in a window at 2925 Morton St.

Barton County Sheriff
A tool trailer at 606 Patton Road was burglarized, it was reported Friday. Several items were taken sometime Thursday night.
A burglary in the Hitschmann area was reported Monday. A generator was taken.
A vehicle hit a deer at 6 p.m. Monday on SE 20 Road and SE 60 Ave.
