She left before officers arrived, so a notice to appear in municipal court was signed but not served. At 4:23 a.m. Thursday, an officer located the suspect’s vehicle with the driver side window shattered, parked on Seventh St. near Morphy St., but was unable to make contact with the owner.Someone broke the window on the front of the building at 2805 Ninth St., it was reported Thursday.Great Bend Fire DepartmentFirefighters made five ambulance runs on Thursday.
