Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made 11 ambulance runs on Thursday. There were one fire call.
At 3:02 p.m. units were called to the river dike on south Washington for report of a couch burning near the river. City employees who discovered the fire had used a fire extinguisher on the couch and the units on the scene finished extinguishing the fire.

Burglary was reported at 3200 Lakin St. Items were stolen from the residence.
Barton County Sheriff
A non-injury accident was reported at NE 10 Ave. and NE 30 Road.
Identity theft was reported at 1623 Jefferson St.
An injury accident was reported at 612 Cheyenne View Drive.
