Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made six ambulance runs Wednesday. There were no fires.

Great Bend Police
Items were stolen from vehicles at 2525 16th St. and 1223 Van Buren.
Someone also entered a vehicle at 2529 16th St. No items were missing.
A glass smoking pipe was stolen from 3220 10th St.
A forged check for $432 was reported at 5625 10th St.
Car tires were cut at Stone Lake.

Barton County Sheriff
Theft of 600 feet of electric cable from an irrigation unit  in the 200 block of SE 110 Ave. was reported Monday. Cost for replacement was estimated between $7,200 and $12,000.
