Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made two ambulance runs Wednesday. There were no fires.

Barton County Sheriff
A tractor fire in rural Claflin was reported at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday.
A burglary was reported Wednesday at 329 North Washington Ave. Copper wire was taken from a residence that is being renovated.
An accident in the 1300 block of NE 90 Ave. was reported Wednesday afternoon. The driver said it occurred around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday but he didn’t think it had done very much damage at the time.
A vehicle hit a deer at 6:09 p.m. Thursday at NW 170 Road and NW 120 Ave., 2 miles west and 2 miles south of Galatia on the blacktop.

Great Bend Police
The back window of a Jeep at 723 Frey St. was broken, it was reported Wednesday.
A bike was found in the yard in the 800 block of Baker Ave.
Medication was reportedly stolen from 1033 1/2 Adams St.
Vehicles driven by Saline Moore and Joseph Fleske collided at 2:21 p.m. on Lakin Ave.
At 6:20 a.m. Thursday, police were notified that the Wichita Police Department had recovered a stolen Ford Mustang.
