A vehicle driven by Leonard Schroeder was southbound on Main at 1:04 p.m. Wednesday and started to change lanes; it struck a vehicle driven by Christopher Warren, who was in the turn lane turning left onto 12th St.
A known person allegedly left 5200 10th St. at 5:57 a.m. Thursday without paying for $20 worth of gas.
