Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made four ambulance runs Wednesday.
There were no fires, but they were called to perform a carbon monoxide check. It was a false alarm; the CO detector had malfunctioned.

Great Bend Police
Theft of power tools from 3322 18th St. was reported Wednesday.
A burglary was reported at 106 Third St. A wallet and a BB gun were taken.
A bike was found in the 1000 block of Van Buren and booked in at the police station.
A vehicle driven by Samantha Pevehouse hit the curb at 12:10 a.m. Thursday in the 4700 block of 10th St.
