Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made three ambulance runs Friday, five Saturday and two Sunday.
They extinguished a burning tire in the back yard of 1707 Hubbard St. at 9 p.m. Saturday.
On Sunday there were three storm-related calls related to power lines arcing.

Barton County Sheriff
A burglary was reported Friday at 2318 Railroad Ave. A lock was cut from a storage shed.
A vehicle hit a power pole at 1:58 a.m. Saturday at 20 SE 40 Ave.
A vehicle hit a deer at 6:11 p.m. Saturday on west U.S. 56 and SW 80 Ave.
Vehicles collided at 1:29 a.m. Sunday on NE 60 Ave. and Windmill Lane.
A burglary was reported at Rodeway Inn & Suites, 57 W. K-4, Hoisington. Someone entered an unoccupied room, damaged a TV and left phones and drug paraphernalia in the room.
At 1:59 a.m. Monday, dispatch received a call about a house on fire on NE 70 Ave. in Stafford County. The call was immediately transferred to Stafford County.

Great Bend Police
Items were stolen from a yard at 2400 Williams St., it was reported Friday.
An aggravated assault was reported at 6:13 p.m. at 1820 Tyler St. An unknown subject allegedly pointed a gun and threatened the reporting party.
Vehicles driven by Danielle Grubb and Robert Edwards collided at 6:18 p.m. in the 1800 block of Main.
Kansas license plate No. 265-FTD was reportedly stolen from a vehicle at 9951 B-29 Way.
Several subjects reportedly stole items from Love’s Country Store, 1221 10th St., sometime Friday night.
Vehicles driven by Edward McGilber and Ralph Reichuber collided at 9:27 a.m. Sunday at 21st and Adams.

Kansas Highway Patrol
Two vehicles collided at 12:36 p.m. Friday on Interstate 70 in Russell County, 0.6 miles west of U.S. 281. Sheena M. Andrade, 32, Salina, was taken to Russell Regional Hospital.
Vehicles driven by Leanna McGee Darby, 20, Wichita, and Tony Houseman, 57, Lyons, collided at 7:46 p.m. Friday on K-96 in Sedgwick County. McGee-Darby was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.
A Chevrolet Silverado driven by Gregory T. Keenan, 54, McPherson, collided with a Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by Megan K. Vainer, 19, Great Bend, at 1:45 p.m. Friday on U.S. 56, 3 miles west of Conway in McPherson County. Vainer was taken to McPherson Memorial Hospital with possible injury.
