Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made four ambulance runs Thursday and four Friday. There were no fires.

Great Bend Police
A burglary at 2541 7th St. was reported Thursday. Someone entered the residence and took DVDs.
Vehicles driven by Raymond Brown and Jeffrey Rayburn collided at 1:26 p.m. Thursday at 16th and Williams.
A burglary was reported at 1036 Madison St. An iPod and other items were taken.
A debit card and keys were reportedly stolen from 1813 Holland St.
At 2:04 a.m. Friday, it was reported that someone kicked the door at 1415 19th St. and unscrewed the porch light.
A burglary or a shed on 20th St. was reported Friday morning. Someone broke in, stealing decoys and fishing rods.

Barton County Sheriff
A burglary at Pickrell Drilling, 3408 Railroad Ave., was reported Thursday. A door was broken and items were strewn all over the yard.
A vehicle hit a deer at 7:22 a.m. Thursday on Railroad Ave. at U.S. 56.
A car rolled at 9:44 in the 200 block of NW 20 Ave. No one was injured.
At 12:16 p.m., an occupant at 142 NE 20 Ave. reported someone drove by the house and shot the front window with a BB or small caliber gun. Two vehicles were driving by the residence; one was a white car.
A prowler was reportedly looking in the window of a home in the 10 block of SW 20 Road at 9:40 p.m. Thursday, a few days after someone attempted to break into the residence.
A Barton County Sheriff’s Office vehicle hit a deer at 10:27 p.m. in the 400 block of NE 30 Road.
Officers responded to the 300 block of Marla St. after an alarm was activated at 10:53 p.m.
