Firefighters made three ambulance runs Tuesday and five Wednesday.
On Tuesday they also performed one carbon monoxide check and responded to an unauthorized burn.

A hit-and-run vehicle struck a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot, it was reported Wednesday.
A car was damaged at 1619 Stone St.
A theft case was taken at Check into Cash, 2829 10th St.
A vehicle driven by Alen Winder hit a mailbox in the 200 block of 10th St. at 6:25 p.m.

BCSO
A vehicle hit a deer at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, half a mile south of the river bridge on U.S. 281 (SE 10 Road and U.S. 281).
A car hit a deer at 9:44 p.m. just east of the bridge coming into Great Bend on West U.S. 56 (at mile marker 201).
