Great Bend Police
Theft of a wedding ring from 1925 Washington St. was reported Tuesday.
Vehicles driven by Lavite Miller and Trisha Fairbanks collided at 10:57 a.m. at Broadway and Adams.
A burglary at 917 Jefferson St. was reported. Someone entered the house and took $30.
A Great Bend resident reported unlawful use of a financial card.
Vehicles driven by Dennis Hupfer and Perry Smith collided at 9:15 a.m. at 12th and Madison.
A vehicle driven by April Jacobs hit a Kia Optima at 12:09 a.m. Wednesday at 1109 Main St. Jacobs was arrested and booked into the Barton County Jail for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Barton County Sheriff
A 2.5-foot marble angel was stolen from a yard at 1145 NE 50 Road, it was reported Tuesday. It weighs about 175 pounds.
A purse was reportedly stolen from 313 NE 20 Ave.
A vehicle pulling a trailer went off the roadway and rolled at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of SE 60 Ave. Driver Brian Lozano and passenger Daniel Fernandez, both 17, both from Great Bend, were treated at the scene by Ellinwood Emergency Medical Service.
A vehicle hit a deer at 11:48 p.m., one mile northwest of the power plant on K-96, and a car hit a deer at 6:32 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. 281 at mile marker 113.

Great Bend Fire Department
Firefighters made eight ambulance runs Tuesday. There were no fires.

Kansas Highway Patrol
A Victoria man died Tuesday after the van he was driving crossed the center line and collided with a oncoming semitrailer in Ford County. The accident occurred at 9:18 a.m. on U.S. 283, four miles north of Minneola. James Wohler, 50, was in the southbound van. A  Kenworth truck pulling a hopper trailer was driven by Abram Friesen, 47, of Sublette. Wohler was taken to Western Plains Regional Medical Center in Dodge City. Friesen was not injured. Both men were wearing seat belts.
