Great Bend Fire/EMS
Emergency Medical Service made five ambulance runs Monday and nine Tuesday.
At 5:27 a.m. Wednesday firefighters were dispatched to a location on NE 30 Road where they found 12 large round bales of hay burning. Lightning may have been the cause.

Air conditioner parts were reportedly stolen from the Highland Hotel, 3017 10th St.
Vehicles driven by Travis Nagel and Harlan Stoss collided at 6:07 p.m. at 10th and Main.
A red 2000 Ford Focus with KS tag 034GRF was reportedly stolen from 2526 Fifth St.
