Kansas license tag 441DWT was reportedly stolen from 1201 10th St. Idaho tag 1BS0941 was reportedly stolen somewhere between Great Bend and Idaho.
Vehicles driven by Walter Fox and Vandon Smith collided at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday in the 4700 block of 10th St.
