Firefighters made eight ambulance runs Monday. There were no fires.

A fraud case was taken Monday, after a Great Bend resident reported receiving a false Western Union money order and cashing it.
Someone shot the window on a house at 1313 Morphy St. with a BB gun, it was reported Monday.
A 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty pickup was reportedly stolen from 2201 27th St.
A vehicle driven by Gary Reeves backed into a parked vehicle at 1414 18th St. at 8:30 p.m.
A known person allegedly damaged vehicles at 1804 Monroe St. and left, around 11 p.m. Monday. Loss was $3,500.
Two windows were shot out at 2006 Broadway, it was reported Tuesday morning.

Barton County Sheriff
Criminal damage to K&O Railroad property at east K-4 and NE 100 Ave. was reported Monday.
Damage to an oil rig at NE 80 Ave. and NW 150 Road was reported.
A sexual battery at “North U.S. 281” was reported Monday morning.
Shortly before 6 a.m. on Monday, the sheriff’s office was contacted by a woman in the emergency room at Great Bend Regional Hospital, who said she was attacked at the hotel in Hoisington. The Hoisington Police Department also responded.
