Great Bend Fire/EMS

Emergency Medical Service responded to three calls Monday, with another call that was canceled while the unit was en route. There was one false alarm caused by a smoke detector malfunction.


Barton County Sheriff

A sex offense was reported Monday.

A burglary was reported at 672 Barton Dr., Hoisington.


Great Bend Police

Fraud/unlawful use of a financial card was reported Monday at Farmers Bank & Trust, 1017 Harrison St.

A theft was reported at 2110 29th St.

A gun safe was found in the grass at Stone Lake around midnight. It was booked into evidence.
