Great Bend Fire/EMS

Emergency Medical Service had five ambulance calls on Thursday. There were no fires.


Barton County Sheriff

An injury crash was reported at 7:16 a.m. Thursday at 327 NE 190 Road, Hoisington.


Great Bend Police

A non-injury crash was reported at 12:41 p.m. Thursday at Broadway and Main.

K-9 Lazer was used on a traffic stop at 2:59 p.m. in the 2100 block of 27th St. and on a traffic stop at 5:02 p.m. in the 3400 block of Lakin Ave.

A third-party report at 1:14 a.m. Saturday suggested a possible burglary in progress in the 2200 block of Tyler Street. Nothing was found.
