Great Bend Fire/EMS

Emergency Medical Service made four ambulance runs on Tuesday. 

There were four fire calls. Firefighters responded to one CO check, one smoke detector malfunction, one report of smoke where nothing was found, and several small ditch fires in the 200 block of U.S. 281.

There was a house fire around 7:30 a.m. at 2714 W 18th St.

Theft was reported at 1425 Adams St.

Theft was reported at 2323 12th St.

Theft was reported at 3023 Forest Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at Adams Street and Broadway Avenue.

Theft was reported at 704 Baker Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5018 12th St.


Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 485 SE 60 Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at NW 100 Ave. and NW 220 Road in Galatia.

A non-injury crash was reported at SE 60 Ave. and SE 50 Road in Ellinwood.
