Great Bend Fire/EMS

Emergency Medical Service made four ambulance runs on Wednesday. There was a house fire at 7:28 a.m. at 2714 W 18th St.


Great Bend Police

Criminal damage was reported at 3214 23rd St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 17th and Williams Street.

Burglary/not in progress was reported at 1300 Park Ave.

An injury crash was reported at Broadway Avenue and Morton Street. A pedestrian crossing Broadway Avenue was hit by a vehicle. The pedestrian was not transported to the hospital; minor scrapes and bruises were reported.


Barton County Sheriff

Burglary/in progress was reported at 496 NE 110 Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at 654 NW 30 Ave. A vehicle hit a deer.
