Firefighters responded to five Emergency Medical Service calls on Wednesday. There were no fires.

Barton County Sheriff

A burglary in progress was reported at 3:22 a.m. Wednesday at 633 Flora Ave., Pawnee Rock.

A theft was reported at 2008 26th St., Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of NW 130 Ave., Albert.

Great Bend Police

A non-injury crash was reported at 12:46 p.m. Monday at Broadway and Truman.

A bicycle was reportedly stolen from 1431 16th St.

Police were called to a disturbance at Charlies Place, 1109 Main, at 12:45 a.m. Thursday where a male was reportedly having a seizure. He was contacted and allegedly became combative and kicked officers at the scene. He was arrested and later served a Notice to Appear in municipal court.
