Firefighters responded to seven Emergency Medical Service calls. There were no fires.

Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:27 a.m. Thursday at SE 20 Road and SE 40 Ave.

Fraud was reported at 188 South U.S. 281, Great Bend.

A theft was reported at 389 Grove Terrace, Great Bend. GBPD also responded.

A possible narcotics violation was investigated at 2:33 p.m. in the 2100 block of Holland St., Great Bend. A GBPD detective assisted at the same location at 4:37 p.m.

A non-injury crash was reported at 12:27 p.m. Thursday at Broadway and Washington.

A vehicle hit a parked vehicle at 2523 16th St. around 12:30 p.m. and left the scene. The suspect vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

A non-injury crash was reported at 1:06 p.m. at Lakin and McKinley.

A bag of suspected methamphetamine was found in the 3100 block of 28th Street. It was booked into evidence.

An individual at 5210 10th St. Apt. 16 reported someone possibly using his debit card.

A non-injury crash was reported at 4:14 p.m. at 1614 1/2 Lakin Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:01 p.m. at 17th and Washington.

A non-injury crash was reported at 10:56 p.m. at 5408 24th St.

A burglary was reported at Eagle Tire, 1008 Kansas Ave. A door was damaged and a Chevy truck bearing Kansas tag 009JGK was stolen.

A Ford Mustang was located at Veterans Park at 1:02 a.m. Friday. The owner was contacted to pick up the vehicle.

A Chevy pickup was recovered in Pratt County. GBPD was contacted early Friday but Pratt officials were obtaining a search warrant before releasing the vehicle to the owner.
