Two notices to appear were signed but not served after a battery was reported at 1:25 a.m. Wednesday at 2208 12th St.

A burglary was reported at 414 Pine St., with items stolen from the residence.

Black marks on the west tennis courts at Veterans Memorial Park were reportedly made by Bird scooters. The estimated damage was between $5,000 and $55,000.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday at 10th and Grant.

A cellphone discovered at Applebees at 12:53 a.m. Thursday was booked in as found property.

A theft was reported at 171 SE 1 Ave., Great Bend

Criminal damage to property was reported at Lake Barton Golf Club, 673 North U.S. 281
