Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend EMS had five ambulance runs Tuesday. A fire was reported at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday at 595 NW 30 Road, but upon arrival firefighters observed that the small grass blaze had already been extinguished by a citizen on the scene.

A non-injury crash was reported at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday at 12th and Williams St.

A K9 callout was requested during a traffic stop reported at 3:50 p.m. at Dollar Tree, 3502 10th St.

A warrant arrest was executed at 7:14 p.m. at 2110 San Domingo St. 

A warrant arrest was executed at 11:35 p.m. at the 5900 block of Eisenhower Ave. Hailey Lewis was arrested on a city warrant and booked in lieu of bond.

Barton County Sheriff

A theft was reported Tuesday at 276 Liberty Road, Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:20 p.m. at NE K-156 and mile marker 143, Claflin.
