Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had two ambulance runs Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a report of excessive heat at approximately 10:23 a.m. at the University of Kansas Health System - St. Rose Campus at 3513 Broadway. Smoke was emanating from the air conditioning due to high temperatures and repairs were being effected.

Firefighters also responded to a mutual aid call in Ellinwood at SE 100 Ave and SE 30 Road at approximately 12:59 p.m.

Great Bend Police

A hit-and-run non-injury crash was reported at 9:52 a.m. Tuesday at 1025 Main St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 3:42 p.m. at 16th and Kansas.

A domestic incident was reported at 7:32 p.m. at 1900 Jackson.

Barton County Sheriff

A sex offense was reported at 11:38 a.m. Tuesday.
