Great Bend Fire/EMS
GBFD responded to a report of a small grass fire in a ditch at 24th and Frey at 8:04 p.m. Thursday and extinguished the fire, which was believed to have been started by an arcing transformer.

The K-9 unit was dispatched to a traffic stop at 10th and Main at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday.
A theft was reported at 7:12 a.m. Thursday at 2814 28th St.
A theft was reported at 12:07 p.m. Thursday at 2809 Quivira Ave.
A narcotics violation was reported at 1:19 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Jefferson Street.
GBPD assisted in the execution of a search warrant at 1809 Jackson St. at 3:19 p.m. Thursday.
Criminal damage was reported at 3413 17th St. at 7:20 p.m. Thursday.

A search warrant was executed at 3:19 p.m. Thursday at 1809 Jackson St., Great Bend.
