Great Bend Fire and EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made seven ambulance runs on Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a call about sparking wires. No fire was at the scene but Wheatland Electric was contacted.

A domestic disturbance was reported at 2:25 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Hubbard St. 

A theft was reported at 7:55 p.m. at 1033 Adams St.


Barton County Sheriff

A domestic call was reported at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday at 1500 Random Rd., Hoisington.

A fire was reported at 1:38 p.m. NE 140 Ave., and NE 120 Rd., Claflin.

A non-injury crash was reported at 2:44 p.m. at 583 NW 190 Rd., Galatia.

A fire was reported at 7:34 p.m. at 706 NW 10 Ave., Hoisington.
