Great Bend Police

Battery of a law enforcement officer was reported at 4:32 a.m. Tuesday at 2000 Adams St.

A theft was reported at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday at 2208 26th St.

Criminal damage was reported at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday at DAT Fitness, 926 Main St.

A minor injury crash was reported at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday in the 4100 block of 10th Street.

A subject reported a theft of a go-cart at 9:59 a.m. Tuesday at 1442 2nd St.

A subject reported receiving criminal threats. Carlie Villegas was arrested and booked for criminal threat and later released on bond.

A burglary not in progress was reported at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday at 2320 24th St.

An aggravated burglary in progress was reported at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday at 1516 16th St.

A sex offense was reported at 7:04 p.m. Tuesday.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of Morphy Street.

A burglary not-in-progress was reported at 8:19 a.m. Wednesday at 914 Main St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Kiowa Road. BCSO also responded.


Barton County Sheriff

A grass fire in a pasture was reported at 2:46 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of NW 40 Avenue. The Hoisington Fire Department extinguished the fire. No structures were damaged and no injuries were reported.

A theft was reported at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday at 630 Cheyenne View Dr., Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 12:37 a.m. Wednesday at K-156 mile marker 141 near Claflin.

An injury crash was reported at K-156 and K-4 near Claflin at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday.

An injury crash was reported at 7:09 p.m. Wednesday at 214 S. U.S. 281 near Great Bend.
