Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had seven ambulance runs Monday. Firefighters responded to a report at 8:42 a.m. Monday of a gas leak caused by contractors hitting a gas line in the alley behind 21st and Cleveland. Kansas Gas Service was contacted. 


Great Bend Police

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:05 a.m. at U.S. 281 Bypass and Broadway.

Criminal damage to property was reported when a broken window was discovered at 8:57 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 1601 19th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 3:20 p.m. at 21st and Washington.

A non-injury crash was reported at 10:54 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park, 4714 17th St.


Barton County Sheriff

A fraud case was reported at 11:53 a.m. Monday at Miller Time, 1006 Elm St., Beaver.

A non-injury crash was reported at 9:11 p.m. at 653 SE 60 Ave., Ellinwood.
