Great Bend Police

A search warrant was executed at 11:52 a.m. Friday at 1212 Baker Ave.

A gas skip was reported at 5:53 p.m. Friday at Zip Stop #5, 1001 Main St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:06 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of 10th Street.

A non-injury crash was reported in the 1100 block of Main Street at 7:29 a.m. Saturday.

An injury crash was reported at 12:22 p.m. Saturday at Lakin Avenue and Monroe Street.

A checkbook was reported stolen at 1:19 p.m. Saturday at First Kansas Bank, 4001 10th St.

A battery was reported at 7:44 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Lakin Avenue.

A fight was reported at 11:52 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Main Street.

A narcotics violation in the process of a traffic stop was reported at 6:27 p.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of 8th Street.

A non-injury hit-and-run crash was reported in the 1400 block of Jackson Street at 6:48 p.m. Sunday.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:33 p.m. Sunday at 17th Street and Jackson Street.


Barton County Sheriff

A grass fire was reported at Forest Avenue and Beckett Avenue south of Hoisington at 12:52 p.m. Friday. The fire burned about a block of grassland before being extinguished by the Hoisington Fire Department. No structures were damaged.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:15 p.m. Friday at K-4 mile marker 116.

A theft was reported at 7:45 p.m. Friday at 5841 Anchor Way.

An injury crash was reported at 11:24 p.m. Friday in the 5500 block of Oil Center South Road, Great Bend.

A possible narcotics violation was reported at 2:10 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of E. Santa Fe Boulevard, Ellinwood.

A possible fire was reported at 7:08 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of NE 130 Road, Claflin.

The K-9 unit was dispatched to the 100 block of E. 2nd Street, Ellinwood, at 7:49 p.m. Sunday.
