Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend EMS had four ambulance runs Thursday. No fires were reported. An unauthorized burn was reported at 9:45 a.m. Friday morning in Heizer.


Great Bend Police

A fraud was reported at 8:25 a.m. Thursday at 2237 Canterbury Lane.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported at 10:30 a.m. at 10th and Grant.

A sex offense was reported at 10:32 a.m.

A non-injury crash was reported at 11:20 a.m. at Great Bend High School, 2027 Morton St.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported at 3:26 p.m. at 17th and McKinley Sts.

A narcotics violation resulting from a traffic stop with K-9 deployment at 3:36 p.m. was reported at the 2500 block of 10th St. James Raab was arrested for narcotics violation.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:14 p.m. at Walmart, 3503 10th St.

A two-vehicle hit-and-run non-injury crash was reported at 7:24 p.m. at 1430 11th St.

A battery was reported at 12:53 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of Odell. Eseuqiel Calzada-Flores was arrested and booked in lieu of bond.


Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 3:26 p.m. at 17th and McKinley.

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:47 p.m. at mile marker 125 of N. U.S. 281 in Hoisington.

A warrant arrest was executed at 7:16 p.m. at 1411 Wilson St.

A warrant arrest was executed at 8:03 p.m.

A narcotics violation was reported at 15:06 p.m. at mile marker 220 U.S. 56. K-9 unit was utilized.
