Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had eight ambulance runs Friday, five on Saturday and five on Sunday. Great Bend firefighters responded Saturday to fire at Barton County Solid Waste at 1:14 p.m. and a grass fire at 1:53 p.m. in the 100 block of SW 10 Ave. Firefighters also responded to an unattended campfire at the dike at 12:44 a.m. Sunday.

A theft was reported at 8:17 a.m. Friday at Goodwill Industries, 1795 Main St.

A vehicle theft was reported at 10:34 a.m. at 2218 Tyler St., Kansas Highway Patrol located the vehicle and occupants were arrested.

An injury crash was reported at 12:04 p.m. at Forest Ave. and Polk.

A burglary not in progress was reported at 1:51 p.m. at 2800 20th St.

A theft was reported at 2:27 p.m. at Food Bank of Barton County, 3007 10th St.

An injury crash was reported at 6:24 p.m. at 24th St. and Washington.

A narcotics violation was reported at 8:08 p.m. Friday at 1019 Williams St.

A report of shots fired was received at 12:26 a.m. Saturday at the 3900 block of Dike Road.

Criminal damage to a vehicle was reported at 10:38 a.m. at Dollar General, 2400 10th St.

A theft was reported at 1:06 P.. at Hejny Retail Liquor, 821 Main St.

A K-9 callout was utilized at a traffic stop at 16th St. and Patton Road.

A narcotics violation was reported at 11:49 p.m. Saturday at 705 10th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:25 a.m. Sunday at 1500 Cherokee Road.

A hit-and-run non-injury crash was reported at 10:58 a.m. at 6019 Aspen Drive.
